Lord, let Your Holy Spirit fall upon me
Like rain from above
As dark storm clouds gather around me,
Pour Your Holy Spirit on me
Like rain from above
When my enemies conspire against me,
Lord, let Your Spirit encompass me,
Like rain from above
Lord, when fears overwhelm me,
Let Your Holy Spirit flood my spirit, chasing my fears
Like rain from above
Lord, when I fail You and sin against You
Let Your Holy Spirit wash all my sins away
Like rain from above
Lord, as I walk with You all the days of my life,
Let Your Holy Spirit reign within me as He falls upon me
Like rain from above

Unfortunately, I was in the hospital on October 8 and 9, for a surgical procedure, which left me exhausted afterward, and every time I would try to write, I would fall asleep, only to awaken several hours later, with several lines of zzzzzzzzzzzz’s or kkkkkkkkkkkkk’s, so I will attempt to catch up, but I make no promises. 😀
